How we handle your inquiry

We collect your name, work email, organization, equipment interest, and research requirements to respond to your inquiry and maintain related correspondence and quotation records.

Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized administrators. When the production inquiry service is enabled, records are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. This local preview stores records on the computer running the preview.

Please do not include confidential research results, credentials, or sensitive personal information. We may ask you separately before sharing your detailed requirements with a manufacturer.
